What is the Transformational Life Coaching process?

Life Coaching supports and guides you get from where you are now to where you want to be. We start with a relaxing session where we talk about you, where you’re at in your life right now, discover where you feel out of balance and where you’d like to make changes. Together we’ll revisit the circumstances and experiences that have led you to your present situation. We’ll talk about your goals, your desires and your ambitions. We’ll uncover any limiting beliefs, blocks and fears that may stand between you and the life you truly want to live and we’ll create a life-map which will pave the way for your personal coaching journey. 

How many Transformational Life Coaching sessions do I need?

Some people find that just one or two Life Coaching sessions are enough to set them on the right path. Many of these clients come back at some stage in the future for a boost, or to explore another situation that they’re dealing with. Others find that a six-week Transformational Life Coaching Program is a more powerful way to achieve the goals and changes they want to make. You don’t have to decide now as all options will be discussed in your (free of charge) initial coaching chat.

Where do the Transformational Life Coaching sessions take place?

Your coaching sessions will be held in the comfort of your own home, by ‘phone, Zoom or Skype, whichever you prefer. Each session takes around 60 minutes, depending on your needs on that particular day. We’ll work gently together, with no pressure, no hurry, just slowly and steadily in ways which support you to live a thriving, balanced and happy life.

My background

I have worked in the field of Holistic Health Therapies for over 20 years, specialising in Stress Management, Transformational Life Coaching, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage and Deep Relaxation TechniquesDuring this time, I also had the pleasure and privilege of being a Tutor of Aromatherapy & Massage for two prestigious international training schools, teaching these subjects extensively in London and Australia (where I lived for five years), to hundreds of students from beginners to Diploma Level.
