What is Wellbeing Coaching?
Are you depleted, exhausted, not sure which way to turn or how to achieve the life you really want to live?
All too often our lives become unbalanced as one part begins to dominate the rest. This is usually (although not always) in one of the following areas – work, family, health, finances and relationships. Not living a balanced life can create severe issues like stress, fatigue, anxiety and insomnia, to name just a few.
Wellbeing occurs when all aspects of our lives are given equal attention, allowing us to live in harmony and flourish day by day. This doesn’t mean to say that we won’t face problems and challenges, because of course, we will. But we’ll be able to deal with those difficult times with resilience, ease and grace. My work as a Wellbeing Coach is to help you define which areas of your life are out of balance and identify the best and most nurturing way of bringing you back to a place of inner strength, peace and joy.
Who is Wellbeing Coaching for?
Wellbeing is a buzzword these days, we’ve all heard about the importance of wellbeing, we all know that we need it for our mental, physical and spiritual health. But how many of us know how to achieve it and retain it? We know when things are not quite right, so rather than putting more and more of your already depleted energy into ‘doing what you’ve always done’, perhaps the time has come to open yourself to new and unexplored possibilities.

We start with a relaxing session where we talk about you, where you’re at in your life right now and discover where you feel out of balance and where you’d like to make changes. We’ll gently revisit the circumstances and experiences that have led you to your present situation. We’ll talk about your goals, your desires and your ambitions. We’ll uncover any limiting beliefs and fears that may stand between you and the life you want to live. And finally, we’ll create a simple map which will pave the way for your personal Wellbeing journey.

I have worked in the field of Holistic Health Therapies for over 20 years, specialising in Stress Management, Life Coaching, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage and Deep Relaxation Techniques.
