Who is Wellbeing Coaching for?

Wellbeing is a buzzword these days, we’ve all heard about the importance of wellbeing, we all know that we need it for our mental, physical and spiritual health. But how many of us know how to achieve it and retain it? We know when things are not quite right, so rather than putting more and more of your already depleted energy into ‘doing what you’ve always done’, perhaps the time has come to open yourself to new and unexplored possibilities.


How does the Wellbeing Coaching process start? 

We work within a time-frame which suits you and your individual needs. Some clients only need 1 session, some choose to work with me for longer. Our sessions will take place by ‘phone and can last up to 60 minutes, depending on your needs that particular day. We’ll work gently together, with no pressure, no hurry, just slowly and steadily supporting you to live a thriving, balanced and happy life.

What is the Wellbeing Coaching process?

We start with a relaxing session where we talk about you, where you’re at in your life right now and discover where you feel out of balance and where you’d like to make changes. We’ll gently revisit the circumstances and experiences that have led you to your present situation. We’ll talk about your goals, your desires and your ambitions. We’ll uncover any limiting beliefs and fears that may stand between you and the life you want to live. And finally, we’ll create a simple map which will pave the way for your personal Wellbeing journey.

My background

I have worked in the field of Holistic Health Therapies for over 20 years, specialising in Stress Management, Life Coaching, Aromatherapy, Reflexology, Therapeutic Massage and Deep Relaxation TechniquesDuring this time, I also had the pleasure and privilege of being a Tutor of Aromatherapy & Massage for two prestigious international training schools, teaching these subjects extensively in London and Australia (where I lived for five years), to hundreds of students from beginners to Diploma Level.
